• Payment Processor: Subscription payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
• Hosting: Our application and database are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.

4. Children's Privacy

ToddlerTales is designed for parents and caregivers to create stories for their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Character names and story details provided by parents are used solely for story generation and are stored in the parent's account. We do not use children's information for advertising or marketing purposes.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and regular security reviews.

While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

We retain your account data and stories for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual stories at any time from your library.

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.
